It was finally time to get rid of the old...
We are so thankful for the hand-me-down furniture after we got married...but it was so the time to bring in the new! I have to tell you our bedroom was so big with our old furniture in it. Now, it actually looks small. Thankfully, it is a very large room and we still have plenty of room.

Our new mattress showed up in 6 extremely huge and very heavy boxes. I was kindof nervous if it would end up actually looking like a bed when we were done!

Makenzie had so much fun walking the "tightrope" of the new foundation side rails.

The foundation is finished!
So we put on the mattress cover, put in the corner pieces, and the foam outside walls
We put down the first foam layer, put in the air chambers and started filling them up.
One side done and just starting on the second side.
No, it isn't two beds, its two sides but everything is connected together so it is one big bed.
And then if that wasn't comfy looking enough...
we put the memory foam on!

The mattress is finished! And oh, so comfy!
